Club meeting: “Club Name (Room Number) - Short blurb about what your club will be doing that day, 50 words max.” eg. “Edition Editors Meeting (101) - We will be going over articles and discussing potential ideas for the future of the Edition”

Sports Game: “Team Name - Game Time + Location - Theme: Put your theme here (if there is one)” eg.”Varsity Article Writing - 4:00 in the Small Gym - Theme: Typeface”

Event: “Event Name - Date and Time - A brief description of the event (if necessary)” eg. “The National Writers Convention - 10:00am Friday Jan. 13th - Convention for writers.”

I lost something: “Brief description of what you lost and where it might be - your name and email” eg. “I lost my copy of the Edition somewhere near Ms. Vutz’s room - Author McEditor,”

Weekly Report Update/General Announcement: “Who You Represent - Your announcement, 75 words max” eg. “The Scholastic Society of Layout Editor Rights and Regulations - We would like to announce a new policy at GA to ensure every layout editor their natural right to everybody’s candy, forever. This policy is: give all layout editors all of your candy, forever.”
